This yoga workshop will teach you how to overcome obstacles in your life using the power of positive affirmations.
Program your subconscious by repeating positive statements with focus, intention and belief.
Please join Brigitta Bailey for a transformative and insightful 3 week series. You will learn about the Law of attraction, Karma, self care, and nutrition. The self empowering affirmations help to inspire you to be more creative as well as help you stay more grounded and centered each day. All of these simple, but very powerful methods, are easy to incorporate into our everyday lives, no matter what we are going through or have to face. This workshop will encourage everyone to believe in themselves and their limitless potential!
Each class will begin with breathwork followed by gentle yoga poses to help to get you centered and connect with your inner self.

This workshop is assessable to everyone. No prior practice necessary. We welcome everyone from all backgrounds and beliefs.

Yoga for Recovery: 8 week series

We’re all in recovery from something.
Yoga for Recovery is an 8-week series exploring what recovery is, how we hold space for ourselves in recovery, and how recovery happens in community. Each week will feature 30-minutes of supportive discussion on a recovery-related topic, then 60-minutes of mindful yoga. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners.

Melissa will strive to create a safe, supportive atmosphere. While you are welcome share as much of your experience as you’d like, you are not obligated to share the nature of any addiction or disorder unless you want to. This group will strive to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality to make it a safe space for discussion.

Resources will be provided for those needing support in their personal recovery process. This series will be best used as a supplement to an existing recovery program and/or for those in long-term recovery seeking new skills, supportive self-care, and healthy community.
