Yoga for Stress

October 9, 2018 @ 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm

This class will be centered around calming the nervous system and bringing more relaxation to the body and mind.  This is a great class for those who spend a large part of their day at a desk or in one position.  Joint movement, Pranayamas (Breathing Exercises), and mindfulness practices will leave the participant feeling refreshed and ready to take on the afternoon with a new perspective.
