We’re all in recovery from something.
Yoga for Recovery is an 8-week series exploring what recovery is, how we hold space for ourselves in recovery, and how recovery happens in community. Each week will feature 30-minutes of supportive discussion on a recovery-related topic, then 60-minutes of mindful yoga. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners.
Thursdays 5:30-7:00pm, September 13th – November 1st

Melissa will strive to create a safe, supportive atmosphere. While you are welcome share as much of your experience as you’d like, you are not obligated to share the nature of any addiction or disorder unless you want to. This group will strive to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality to make it a safe space for discussion.

Resources will be provided for those needing support in their personal recovery process. This series will be best used as a supplement to an existing recovery program and/or for those in long-term recovery seeking new skills, supportive self-care, and healthy community.
