This class is open to all levels, but come prepared to move like YOU. In this shared space you are encouraged to befriend your body, follow your intuition, and laugh whenever possible. Let go and allow for your own authentic movement to evolve and you will awaken more freedom in your body and life. Bhakti yoga is incorporated through meditation and song.
