This class is excellent for coping with stress, injury, anxiety, and fatigue. Practitioners will be encouraged to hold postures with the use of props like bolsters, blankets, cushions, blocks, straps, and eye pillows. This class is open to anyone. It is very relaxing and meditative. Flow is incorporated into each restorative pose as authentic and intuitive movement chosen by the practitioner to help restore the body and mind. Beautiful readings, singing bowls, essential oils, and sometimes guitar serenades make this a very special class experience.
